How to get help from UniversalTimeDate
UniversalTimeDate is a free suite of time and date tools used by professionals, travelers, remote teams, and curious minds worldwide. If you have a question about how a tool works, the best place to start is our FAQ page, which covers 17 common questions about time zones, DST, leap years, and our tools.
Report a bug
If something isn't working correctly, please use the contact form above and select "Report a bug." Include the URL of the page where you found the issue, your browser name and version, and a description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Screenshots are very helpful. We typically investigate bug reports within 24 hours and deploy fixes within 1-3 business days depending on severity.
Suggest a feature
We ship new features and improvements monthly, and many of our best ideas come from users. If there's a time zone tool, calculator, or visualization you wish existed, tell us about it. Select "Suggest a feature" in the contact form and describe your use case — what problem are you trying to solve, and how would the feature help? We can't implement every suggestion, but we read every submission and prioritize based on demand.

Data accuracy concerns
Our time zone data is sourced from the IANA Time Zone Database and verified against NIST atomic clocks. Astronomical calculations (sunrise, sunset, moon phases) are computed using established algorithms and verified against NASA JPL Horizons data. If you believe a time, offset, or astronomical calculation is incorrect for a specific location, please report it — we take data accuracy very seriously and will investigate and fix any confirmed errors within 24 hours.
